Submission | 29 December 2025 - 22 January 2026

Submit up to three works for the show. Provide representative images and descriptions of the work for selection. This does not have to be final physical form for submission, but must be for the exhibition. Proposed mounting / display stated. Work may be sold, with only minimum of 10% commission.

Maximum size: A2 [420 x 600 millimeters (mm)] including frame. Basic supplies for mounting will be available (e.g.: picture hanging hooks, picture railing hooks, fishing line, magnets, clips) and display areas (tables, walls, picture rails). Additional supplies at the cost of the artist. Work will only be rejected if deemed hateful, pornographic or otherwise unreasonably objectionable.First in is guaranteed space, and submissions may close if a great number are received.

Notification of Selection | 26 January 2026

The curation panel for this exhibition will meet and select the work for the exhibition. Every artist will have at least one piece. Recommendations for installation will be made by the panel with arrangement by the artist.

Exhibition Prints Printing Sessions | February 2026 (date tbd)

Meet with Photosynthesis volunteers and be guided through making fine art prints for submission into this exhibition using our digital workspace and Epson P906 printer. Booking slots to come, see this page, newsletter and social media updates. Submissions can be made using digital files and intention to print including size to be stated.

Installation | 19, 20 + 21 February 2026

Three days in February will see the install of all of the work, ready for the launch.

Run of Exhibition | 22 February 2026 to 15 March 2026

The exhibition will be staffed by volunteers. The de-installation will be done on Sunday 15 March, with collection from 3pm.
