The Rainbow Campaign marks InCommon’s sixth inclusivity campaign. InCommon’s Inclusivity Campaigns celebrate both diversity and inclusiveness, and the creation of a common ground from which we can find points of connection and explore and embrace our differences. In the last five years, InCommon has distributed over 500 posters to businesses, community facilities, learning institutions, and sports clubs in Otautahi Christchurch and across Aotearoa New Zealand.
This Campaign is a partnership between InCommon, Christchurch Pride and Humans of Christchurch Ōtautahi highlighting the common ground between members of our rainbow and non-rainbow communities. The campaign demonstrates how much we share in common with people we may otherwise assume are different from us and the diversity within our rainbow community.
We have printed copies of the 7 posters featuring pairs of individuals, couples and whānau groups available free of charge. The posters are also available to download from our website. We invite you to display the rainbow campaign posters in your spaces and we hope they inspire viewers to reach out and make Aotearoa New Zealand a place where we all feel we belong.
Visit the Campaign exhibition open at Photosynthesis from Thursday 6 August - Sunday 23 August.
